I think so. a few years ago you guys changed it so we needed them to get to US so i think we said "F that" and make you guys get them now too. I remember hearing something about the states along the border having special licences that get them across but I dont know if they work anymore.

One can drive from U.S. into Canada. You will still be required to show Identification. Travel from one border to another requires Passport.

YES. You will be entering a different country. Also it's a great idea to have a Passport in hand for emergency travel.

unless you have a NEXUS or FAST card, yes. Also, proof of permanent residence
