training the mind its in charge not the heart is a good idea
but good things come to those who don't stay in the rut ,
never quit .
We were meant to overcome this world ,not let it beat us up
struggles make us stronger
you already made a huge step ,you see things you need to change
I was 34 before I stopped screwing up ,30 is the age I think we should be figuring it out ,smart ones learn faster ,I was a slow learner and liked doing everything the hard way
