Unless you have a medical condition then it's probably just that your testosterone levels are low. They decrease with age but for many guys they drop too fast and this is due to a number of factors, the main ones being excess alcohol consumption, lack of weight bearing exercise, poor dietary choices (the last two contributing to excess body weight) and stress. Short of a medical condition, work on those areas and you'll be feeling good in no time.

@boston408 :) Just wanted to add, we guys need normal levels of testosterone to function, maintain our muscle mass (which doesn't mean muscly) and not feel lethargic, depressed, lacking in confidence etc. It's not about sex drive as someone else said, although that is a side effect. Good luck with it.

I'd say remind my self there is some responsibility that goes with that
though many men today seem to prefer to be neutered
and that's sad ,
let the world tell them who they are suppose to be when God made it clear ,
