@Serenitree I have a small amount and I know of others who have some. I'd collect there's or hell go around the neighborhood and start picking them up

I wouldn't do that. Thats pure evil. Just use a screwdriver to damage the paint or use lipstick and write a bad name or punch a tire but not needles! You wouldn't like it if someone use them on you init?
