Unlearn, it is tough in normal circumstances to be true to others while being true to one's ownself coz Not All are at our similar wavelength at all times. Rather, we hardly tend to get acquainted to any soul with whom being true is just like being true to our own being.

Having said that, in such a situation, it is best to keep finding a middle path where especially at professional front (in order to do justice to the organisation's aim) one remains true to the work in hand that can easily be possible if one loves what one is indulged in.

At personal front, not everyone is tough but there sure are tough souls around who can make things easier by being understanding and having that ESP - extra sensory perception.
