@Diyanne: 7 isn't one of the answer choices; I see 3, 5, 6, and 8. How did you get 7?

@VioletRayne: I also said 8 for that same reasons; all displayed balloons have to be blown up even if the clown blows all of the blue ones last (despite that one blown up blue balloon).
