Depends as if a debt management agency it's registered and goes against you in credit scoring,much better to deal with things yourself
Yes, it does, realistically. In addition to providing basic food and shelter, it determines the quality of healthcare available to you, the quality of education you can provide your children. It can even determine how the law treats you, if you ever need a legal defense.
