The fish looks like the best part, IMO.

I would say so...it's found in the Gulf of Mexico, sometimes as far as Florida.

It has found its way on my bucket list of fish to eat right next to pike and fresh tuna off he bone

@lonelyhermit....it's like eating flash fried chicken breast chunks...so juicy and NO fishy taste whatsoever..that fish eats shellfish only, very very clean.

I love fresh fish, not the frozen stuff mostly imported from China in my land-locked state.

I love me some seafood as well.

Yes @MrMambo...that shrimp was coming off the boat just an hour before I got to the seaside restaurant. The family goes out every morning and bring the catch in just an hour before opening the doors.

@lonelyhermit, fried redfish or Red Bull fish. It's DELICIOUS. My children LOVE seafood.

My hubby caught a three ft red drum surf fishing on Dauphin Island a few years back. That sucker was huge.
