You’re so fortunate to have had that experience. What do you do it is that is so different about the United States from Europe?

“Europeans are more interesting and intelligent in many ways than Americans

— This is ridiculous. ‘Europeans’ are more ‘intelligent’. Come on. Please, really.
SW-User
@helenS Yes really and they don't have the Trump infection.
Strictgram · 70-79, C
@SW-User But Obama's incompetence is fine, right?
ninjavu · 51-55, M
It's very cool that you have the choice and the opportunity. Actually living in different cultures (rather than just visiting) is a privilege that relatively few people have, and therefore gives you a perspective on life and the world that relatively few people have.
ninjavu · 51-55, M
@SW-User Right. That's what I was referring to. Maybe not hard to have the legal right, but it takes guts to move half way across the world.
SW-User
@ninjavu I got my grand parents in Holland.
ninjavu · 51-55, M
@SW-User That makes is a bit easier. It's nice to have family in other parts of the world.
SW-User
How did you get to go over there? Was it through college?
SW-User
@SW-User I live in Amsterdam with three roommates and I work at a casino.
SW-User
How exciting and what an adventure you are having and probably you don’t even realize it! So you speak German? @SW-User
SW-User
@SW-User They don't speak German. Lol
It's 6.35 and I just got home from work. I have to go to bed.

Three years is long enough to be no longer up with the myriad current events that take place, so even though you feel American in Europe, you're a bit of a fish out of water in the US
HaHLoBravado · 36-40, M
I lived in Japan for over 2 years, I know what u mean!
Teirdalin · 31-35
Do you take a plane or ship?
SW-User

SW-User
