If I express feelings on Facebook I get attacked, so yes.

yeah cause they are both totally different in purpose ,,

NightlyDemon, I know all too well about anxiety problems, mine started in my mid 20s... I don't know about depression, but sometimes people can have both, as obviously you do judging by what you said there. Anyway, tell them people they are not experts, and that you have met people who qualified to tell you about your depression who know better

They're family. They "attack" me by saying I don't have a reason to be depressed as if it hasn't been proven to be an ongoing occurrence for me. Given how toxic my childhood was, every therapist I've seen is shocked my anxiety isn't institutional levels.

yeah thats kind of apparent though. On facebook you are talking to people you see irl, here you are talking to strangers and theres much more potential to be anon here.

NightyDemon, if those people attacking you as you put it are on your friends list, then if that was me, I'd remove them

Yeah because Facebook is massively judgemental and full of people who I don't want to know about my sex life or my deep questions.

Oh yes! I hardly ever post anything on Fakebook, I prefer to do that here.
