When the government no longer serves the needs of the people.

When the government is hurting more people than it helps.

You can count on one hand the number of revolutions that produced a better government than the one the revolution overthrew in the first place. Better democracy.

It would be ethical now in the US but isn't going to happen, sadly

I feel like it'd be unethical to do nothing.
