pine trees. I closed on my house a couple of years ago on the 1st, on the 15th w/ 60 MPH winds a pine tree was broken in half and fell into the house. Didn't lose any personal stuff, did a lot of upgrades and it all worked out well. Also had about 6 or 9 of the pines around the house taken down. But, predicted gusts up to 50 MPH over the next 48 hours or so...
