very much so. Mine has a full body work out option that tells you like to go reverse while bending your knees or do one foot and pull with your arms to move or to just do it regularly but with your toes up and you feel that burn all over. Maybe do it regular and just push with your arms to move

Yes. Works more muscle groups. I try and use mine daily.
