Depends on how well your mental toughness is and how much you can handle day in and day out. Slowly build on what you can handle, and have a balanced life.

Impossible on your own, but I've seen it done when someone has given their lives to their faith and have a strong belief in a higher power. Living with a strong faith is NOT easy typically, but it does alleviate many of the anxiety you listed.

I think you're talking about contentment. It is attainable, but (ironically) only through trauma.

@rickfreeman15 I think it's very, VERY rare for someone to become capable of contentment, without having lived a difficult life. For example, I'm in the process of being cured from a severe illness, and I'm perfectly happy just to live a normal daily life.

Yes because I had that for a brief window of time from ages 13-15....not remotely close anymore
