@katielass I don't know about cholesterol but my blood pressure is good now, dropped over 20 points since I've lost 50 pounds. Feeling muscles in my legs now too and I like that feeling.

Walk a couple miles in the evenings and am eating resistant starches to lose weight plus a paleo/keto type diet.

@SW-User oh yeah also have a vibration platform I use, helps with circulation and builds muscles a bit...love it.
