Would a celebrity follow back all of her fans?

I'd be happy if they don't block me for no reason. And no, I have to find them respectful and likable before adding them.

Nope, only people i know for a while, the odd person who grabs my attention i ask if i can add them

No, I check their profile first and if it's empty or questionable I don't add them, if it's pervy I block them.
