Broad shoulders, nice eyes, white healthy teeth, nice lips, a nice beard or nice 5 o'clock shadow, a good fashion sense, at least 6 feet tall, nice manly deep voice and a head full of hear. Preferably manly in behavior as well, wouldn't date an effeminate man.
