It's equally hard for anyone at the start. Some people just make it harder for themselves.

A lot of factors play in. Location, race, wealth, class, opportunities, genetics, etc.

I think both face separate but different challenges ... I also think men have the current advantage in the way the system operates

No. Life is hard on everyone.
However, the hardships are not all the same. Depends on what you focus your attention on. or give weight to.

It set of depends really, women have periods, childbirth and such, and expectations from other women, and hormones and self security issues but so do men. Men have expectations from other men and women, they also often get a lot of crap if they separate or divorce their spouses. People don't tend to sympathise with men as much because they're seen to be hard and unfazed by things and they often are afraid to show otherwise.

To be honest I believe all ages are having a hard time it is a hurry get it done now, world.

Unfortunately a lot depends on location and appearance. There's pros and cons. Generally, I think women have the tougher role in life. Nature gave them the short end of the stick, multiple orgasms is a questionable consolation prize I guess.
