I guess, splurge-wise I'd try and find a lot of rare music or books that I've always liked but never been able to find/afford.

Depending on how much I won, I'd buy a house, put a decent amount aside as savings, and buy all the stuff that I want but could never afford.

Most of it would go to charity. I did not have the money before I bought the lucky numbers...
