Absolutely, I didn't start until I was 18 and I found out that I was actually pretty good at it.

It's never too late. You wont know unless you try. And remember...Practise makes perfect.

@Christian: nah, just keep drawing. There's no goal. You never stop. Any drawing adds to your mileage
