@bijouxbroussard Thank you so much!! Yes, we need this. Our young people have more challenges than ever before. Too many people are too political about it or simply don't care--many just say when they were growing up they coped with problems too, or it is up to the parents, or whatever. But what if the parents cannot or will not help? Some do not even know what to do! And they often have their own struggles as well.

I think my goals re natural pursuits so I don’t ave to remind myself - for the most part. Others I have to track progress religiously or the will simply disappear

write them down and keep them visible where you often see them. next create a step by step plan to achieve them and stick to it
