I Play Chess

To me, chess is the swordplay or the fisticuffs of the mind. The concepts are similar enough. Understand the different moves and strikes. Advance, sidestep, block and counterattack, keep advancing, watch your opponent's openings, lure a hasty move. Press the offense, press it some more.

Then aim for the head. Checkmate. K-O.

Queens Gambit is my normal tussle.
I prefer a longer positional battle that simplifies into an endgame unless there is a compelling attack.
