mom's favorite game is scrabble and it is sooo hard for me to keep the score close

my elderly parents live half mile away from me and i visit every evening. make sure no alarm is beeping or chirping and the stove top is off or freezer door is closed etc. at first i tried convincing her we didnt need to keep score, but she insists, so i try hard to keep the score close as possible. not always easy though. i need to remove the Q and Z from the bag. im tired of her playing oz and qi haha
