What do you think surprises people the most about you?

Its a little weird but because I'm a stereotypical looking: older, white, hetero, male, jock-type, who on occasion wastes a little time at church, yet still wears metal band t-shirts,i don't drink, and I grew up in the south.

People look at me and assume I am religious, sexist, bigoted, racist, and probably a little on the dumb and uneducated side.

But turns out that while I played football into college and was a drummer in a metal band, i also earned a BS in computer science and a masters in mathematics. I work in a biotech environment where we try to use predictive analytics and statistics to out perform current super bug medical detection.

I also coach my super stud daughters softball team that competes at the highest levels even finishing 3rd at ASA Nationals one year and never lower than 13th in 5 years. Unintentionally, we have 6 white players and 6 black players on the team. I get invited to speak at events promoting feminist views because of the strength of our girls team. Well and quite frankly i have been know to put a fews boys teams in their place with my "chic" team. My sons Godfather is my wife's super close gay male friend.

Lastly, while i am far to logical to not wonder what they would have fed lions, tigers, and bears as they took that 40 day rainy cruise, I am not quite arrogant enough to conclude that there is no intelligent design and therefore creator behind all this!
