I like people with a not-cruel sense of humor and I can usually tell pretty quickly if I like them.

Real, genuine not pretentious or too flattery. Don't try too hard

If I got to choose, I like people that are more outgoing than me and will get me to go out and do things that I normally wouldn’t do within my life. That and I like nice people.

I like people that shun purely surface level interaction.
I like people that pay attention when I talk and who focus on others as well as themselves.
I like people that think for themselves. I also like hard workers.
This is very rare. I can spot these qualities immediately.

i like people like me, baby boomers with an old fashioned mind set.

Honest people that are easy to get along with. If you have to watch your tongue with them then it wont work out for me.
