This is not a direct answer, but it might be relevant.

I go into sneezing fits if I get up and move around immediately after a big meal. I first noticed this back in college when I had a semester in which I had a tight schedule and had to walk quickly to class after eating lunch. I sneezed the whole way. Even today, I have to sit for a while after supper before getting up to do the dishes, or else I will be sneezing on the dishes I am washing!

They say that red wine is good for digestion. So this might be a stretch in reasoning, but if wine affects digestion, and if digestion can bring sneezing, maybe there is a weird connection.
