i wish i woke up in a cottage this morning

with stone walls and wood floors, with the fireplace getting started in the cool morning, with a green view all around me and plenty of flowers and trees and wildlife, alongside a stream or river, where deer and bears cross through sometimes, down a gravel road with no neighbors in sight, hearing the chickens going early in the morning, up before sunrise getting the animals fed while toting my thermos of coffee, working til it gets hot then have some food i picked from the garden, dogs and cats running around, life all around me yet a blanket of quiet and peace and purpose in the small things.
