Hello! I'm glad to be back as well I've been all over the place with rehab however as of right now I paused due to being re casted again due to slipped discs not fully healed. How are you doing?

Wow, that sounds terrible. Liver and kidney are kinda important. Have you gotten back to some sort of quality of life? I can't walk at all right now so it's brutal for my independence.

Canada is a big place to be meeting up for coffee- especially for those disabled and in pain.

Yeah, I have pain too... A lot of it. It is temporary while I rehabilitate my back hopefully. I'm finding the world a lot lonlier right now. It's tough!
