Taking the redundancy, is that the same as a voluntary lay off?

Absolutely its easy to think we know somebody and form an opinion, but the reality is unless we have ever sat down with them and got to know them we dont really know them at all. I have often decided on what someone is upto and my perception of their storyline is propably far removed from what is really going on in their life.

We all judge others based on how we see them

I guess we all make judgements of people using the incomplete information we have about them and their lives
