When my younger cousin had her monthly visits we were like "RUN FOR THE HILLS, SHE DEVIL IS BACK", her boyfriend cowering in the corner throwing full hershey bars at her. But seriously, it took medical intervention to find out she had endrometriosis, which was causing her extreme monthly swing and was put on meds for it, which calmed her down a lot.
