I dont think thats guilt.. i think thats something else entirely .. a misunderstanding of the word on your part.. more like lunch envy

To be honest, I'm not sure we eat differently in the first place. Different lifestyles i guess?
@youandme1995 do you see her in person or on fb? 😄😄

We live together.

Also, I have a huge appetite and I get very upset that no matter how much I eat I still feel hungry. I'm jealous because my sister doesn't even much and she doesn't complain about hunger and exclaims that she gets full even though she doesn't eat much. Me on the other hand, am ALWAYS hungry no matter how much I eat! I feel like I need to tie myself to a chair and put duct tape on my mouth so that I'm not tempted to go the fridge for a snack.

If you exercise a lot, you don't need to have this food guilt, you should be pretty much able to eat what you want "within reason" and not be worrying about small amounts of calories

I don’t even know. I would just eat the pizza.

Just work out and use the calories, then it doesn't matter and theres no guilt.
