I know some people who don’t like this too but I doubt they even know a why, clearly it doesn’t work with logic. But I wonder where it comes from 🤔
KA9ha · 31-35, M
@sunshinedisguise once it is in their mouth everything is a mess inside your throat... Fine ,,,but at the tongue it tastes different
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@sunshinedisguise lol. ikr. me too. lol. 😆 Gotta love em' though. 😁

Aidan · 26-30
It all taste the same going down so I’m good with touching
Shapeshifter · 36-40, M
@Aidan eggs and grits on pizza?
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@Shapeshifter 😂 That's bit extreme too. I'm mainly referring t things peple eat together at the same time anyways, but don't want them touching on the plate. Like bacon, pancakes and eggs. I don't know who eats pizza and grits together. 😆🤣
Ian123 · 61-69, M
Dont understand this, but if people have a phobia about food touching its obviously real to them. One of the main characters in a book I read recently had this problem 😀
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@Ian123 I know it's real thing, I'm just trying to understand where it comes from, like is it a mental thing? (not making fun of anyone with serious mental issues) or does it genuinely taste disgusting to them?
Ian123 · 61-69, M
@sweetiepoo I would say its a mental thing, nobody can understand the human mind or how it works. All fears are personal to you. I have a fear of being trapped and not being able to get out but strangely doesn't affect me getting into lifts 😀
Cooper802Forever · 22-25, M
Oof I don't know any people like that, I myself am not like that...though maybe if it's foods that shouldn't mix/are a weird combo I'd have something to say about it. Still I am the person to like to dip my fries in ketchup instead of smothering them in the stuff I'll admit.

What I will say though if I did know someone who was like that, they'd hate to know what I ate a day ago....ate a KFC bowl thing...the whole thing was mixed food, your mashed potatoes, your gravy, your corn, your chicken....yup I could hear there screams now😂
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@Cooper802Forever 😆😂😂😂 You know, I never had a bowl. I actually kinda think it's a waste of money cuz if I get a meal, I can mix all of that stuff myself lol
xixgun · M
It all ends up in the same place, so, whatever.
xixgun · M
@KA9ha That's called, "soup"
KA9ha · 31-35, M
@xixgun less a soup but more of a swamp... with hardwood rising from the marshy damp slushy stinky waters . and viscous //semi coagulated stuff
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@xixgun 😂
Beatbox34 · 31-35, M
I don't care that much as I used to. I kinda think that they all go to the same place so why does it matter.
KA9ha · 31-35, M
some persons are critical of the food mixes ...russian salads should not mix with lamb stew. ,,,fruit salad should not merge with beef currey.etc
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@KA9ha Yeah, that's a bit extreme though. I'm talking something as simple as a home made dinner with chicken, corn and potatoes and they don't want anything touching each other.
SW-User
Depends how different the foods are. In general I won't put food on the same plate if they're so incompatible.
KA9ha · 31-35, M
@SW-User i agree wholeheartedly.. its like having a salty spicy currey with custard & icecream.
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@SW-User What would consider incompatible?
Yes. If something touches my ketchup unnecessarily i freak out.
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@gobacktoyourroomandstudy lol, why? I mean I could understand something like ketchup touching ice cream or something. 😀
@sweetiepoo No. If it touches the wrong side of the sandwich, then my hands will be all ketchupy and we don't want a mess!
sweetiepoo · 36-40, F
@gobacktoyourroomandstudy Oh, yeah, well, that makes sense. :-)
No, that’s never really bothered me. It all goes to the same place, after all.
