Yep, I tried the mild one before they ran out. It was very good, perfect texture, and delicious.

Most likely my experience at Popeye's is biased from the one place I ate ... the chicken was overcooked and had the texture of rubber. I'm never going there again.

Give me Col. Sander's KFC ... it's drippin' with fat but, oh my, it's succulent. It reminds of the fried chicken from back home where roast and fried chicken were a popular dinner course ... and if the bird was too dry or tough ... we absolutely howled!
