seems like that kid might need some learnin about which squirrels you can use for what.

could be roadkill but also could be diseased...he needs to be taught not to be picking up dead animals he finds around the area....squirrels can get rabies and transmit it.

A squirrel is basically a tree rat. They'll trapse through sewage, dumpsters, eat smashed birds on the road. They're scavengers. Not fit to eat unless you have an iron constitution. Mess with those and you might learn a deadly lesson.
