Anyone can be vegan unless they have some kind of major allergy to plants.
The real question is why abuse and kill others just to satisfy our taste buds when we don't have to? Or for our entertainment. Or cosmetics. There's always an alternative. Why choose to use/abuse/kill instead?

@Victorian What do you mean by this? Anyone can derive the necessary nutrients from plant based foods, unless they for some reason cannot eat a majority of plants.
