If you are referring to the milky substance left over from making butter then yes I have. Not my favorite drink. The hogs liked it though.

I usually make scones or soda bread with it.

Yes the kind on the farm after we made butter and the kind from the store made with a culture. Those little flecks kind of bothered me but I like store buttermilk made into a drink with club soda, a little salt and some fresh chopped spearmint. It's refreshing in the summer.
