I don't drink anything else. (literally) I'm obsessed with water and I typically feel better for it. My nose doesn't get stopped up, I don't really get headaches, I feel more energetic, (most of the time) and I drink so much I go to the bathroom constantly... Oh well flushing the toxins out?? :)
