I stopped drinking these types in college. Too much sugar or artificial colors or other toxicities. I experienced headaches, digestive problems, foggy thinking.

I drink Coca Cola Zero Calorie all the time. After I stop drinking coffee in the morning, Coke Zero is my to go drink.
