Hmmm its hard to say, matte lipstick makes your lips pretty dry too. I like colour pop, idk if its necessarily the best. But you could always blot and use a little powder with gloss to make it more like a matte 😊 hope this helps!

Too Faced Liquid Matte

My favorite is Kat Von D. All Matte lipstick is pretty drying. I just put on chapstick before I apply matte lipstick.

I got some at Ulta and it's by kate, it is matt and doesn't bleed onto my face.

poor matt is now a lip balm.
