Just walk slow til you get use to them, remember to put all your weight on the ball of your feet and not on the heel, these are my favorite heels.

6 inches ouch i m 6 foot 5 id be tower over every one i have a hard time in 5 inch let alone 6 3 to 4 is best

Understood Birdgirl...a comfortable pair of heels isn't always easy. I have been lucky that all mine are comfortable.
