Yes, it's a nice navy blue dress that has a black belt across the middle. It's served me well for the past few years.

If it's an evening invitation then I'd wear one of my printed silk Cheongsams and if a daytime invitation then a 1950's fit and flare dress along with period accessories

I only have one dress. I bought it for my husband’s funeral last year. I haven’t worn it since, but it’s black and white, so I could wear it again, but I only do casual places, like hiking, biking, coffee shops, book stores. I have no interest (at this time) in going anywhere more formal or dressy.

Yes-a duo dress I got two years online form LOFT (AnnTaylor) It maybe themed more for Fall/Winter but I can make it work year round.

I love my little black dress !! When I add all the accessories I feel really pretty and feminine ... but there's no going out in it for me...it's just me and my mirror... boo hoo...

well I am a guy though a girl at heart , I always have a striped shirt to go out in urgency and I have a cute blue short dress to impress my old man when he is in the mood ;)
