@SW-User Oh goodness! I know it is hard on you, but she does need you as her support system. I was one of the people who mocked Hillary Clinton's book about it taking a village, but as I've aged, I see that it really does take more than you to get through life. We're here to support you so that you can be there to support her. Thank you for posting - I was starting to get worried about you!

You seem like a good person. What sort of acting out around you does he do? It would seem like he would bask in the safe and approving environment you provide and not miss his mommy.

@Alfred22 he does not listen. We tell him not to do something, he does it anyway. He hits and kicks. We put him in timeout and he FIGHTS and screams and hits.
@SW-User I really oppose soap ingestion. All sorts of germs in the soap dish, nasty chemicals in even so called "pure" soap such as Ivory. It makes no sense to force those things into your child's GI system.

How old is your sister?

@Nevertooold she is my cousin. Technically her baby is my first cousin once removed. Saying “nephew” is easier lol. She is 25.

@Nevertooold no. She moved out in November. Lives in government housing. They go by her income. Her only income is child support.
