You need it down we need it up. If we can lift it you can lower it.

What is the big deal with loo seats..how long does it take to put it down ourselves when we enter the bathroom..and do we leave it up when we leave for them...lol

I would. Everybody should put the lid down after anything before you flush for hygiene purposes.
I'm not having pee, pooh and possible vomit sprayed around my bathroom walls, eventually you can see it! Filthy.
