Well I guess you have your own place to live? If he lived there change the locks if you have anything joint make sure you close those accounts because if you do not well you are still responsible if you have life insurance or any kind of insurance change the beneficiary well it he was the beneficiary if you have any credit cards together get your name off it or cancel them. If you have an alarm system at home and he had access make sure you email the alarm company and remove his name and contact person at the same time change the codes and master codes. Also put passwords on all your accounts what this is say you call your bank well before they start talking to you they will ask there security questions and then ask for the password and if they do not know it they will hang up the phone. even on your credit cards and bank cards change the pin. I am not saying he a bad person I have no idea who he is but it called protecting yourself because you have no idea what he might do once you get started with divorce prceedings.

Don’t worry. I have all those ducks in a row already. Everything is pretty done and done. @updown2020

@SomniumProeliator Oh okay I am one for security put the cost out once. There are locks available that only you can make copies of the keys you will have to show a ID then you can make copies and at any given time you can call the locksmith give your ID and ask them how many keys you have and they can tell you exactly how many keys you have and these locks cannot be picked either. And if you rent well when you move you just put back the old locks and take the good ones.

Good luck. And remember don't afraid to get a restraining order against him IF it boils down to that. He strikes me as the type of person who would willingly violate the order and then complain from his prison cell that he's in jail for absolutely no reason at all.
SomniumProeliator · 31-35, F
You are absolutely on point with that🙌🏻He definitely would do that. I will if I need to. @SW-User

Tell him all your friends will send him a nice fruit basket to celebrate his unwilling wedding to whatever bruiser makes him their prison wife xD I'm sorry I couldn't resist throwing a little jab at him.

Congratulations on taking action to get rid of an abusive person in your life. May it all go well and I wish you happiness at last. Also, kudos for informing the next victim in his life. It will give her some support when she finally decides she's had enough.
SomniumProeliator · 31-35, F
Thank you for that truly. My best friends were not happy that I was willingly communicating with her but I couldn’t let him get away with it. Not if I could stop it.@greenmountaingal

@SomniumProeliator I have a saying (that no one ever listens to!):

Always talk to and, barring obvious outright insanity, believe the previous woman.
SomniumProeliator · 31-35, F
Absolutely agree 🙌🏻@greenmountaingal

Good for you. Are you going for an uncontested divorce ?
SomniumProeliator · 31-35, F
Yes unless he becomes difficult and wants to drag it out then of course it will change. @melbeacher
