How very selfish of you. There is no real benefit to existing over never having existed, so having children is always doing them a disservice. It's such a natural part of human existence that people rarely think about it being an action which needs justification.
Bringing children into existence is like playing Russian Roulette with the gun aimed at the heads of your future offspring.
So. How sure are you that the bullet won't fire?
I will be the perfect parent. One who protects his children without fail. It is a rare thing to achieve perfection, in this life

@Tatsumi Selfish? That's an interesting choice of vocabulary for a mother. I wasn't aware caring a child for 9 months then bringing into this world is selfish. Not to mention caring for that child until they are able to become a part of society. I think anyone who is a mother would agree it is one of the hardest jobs in the world. No one is asking for attention, sympathy or even a pat on the back for creating life. Being a mother isnt selfish. Its selfless.
Of course it is scary bringing children into this world. But maybe thats the point. Maybe its ok to be scared.
Im not sure any bullets won't fire. I will raise my children to be strong and aware that failure happens even at the best of moments. Perfection is rare for good reason.
