@Stilltryinghard I believe kids need structure and love. The combination of those is crucial, together with consequences for bad behavior, and rewards for good behavior.

@Stilltryinghard That is right. Every kid needs a different approach. Indeed, the combination sounds natural, but very difficult to execute correctly.
is there a good agency for getting good jobs doing this? Not craigslist though.

@TheOrionbeltseeker Both require different approaches. I do not think it is hard to babysit either. Just learn the character of the child and adjust the methods to the needs of the child, regardless of age.
