@that1funnyblonde she wasn't always like this but things changed after our boy was born. My outbursts have gotten worse over years along with my tics. I know its not easy to live with. I know i embarrassed her so many times.

All I can say is you do more than a it would do.
But equally it seems you're both hurting.
I don't want to condone her behaviour by saying this but some women maintain this front because they believe that you are hoping to get back or at least stay in her hood books. The moment she let's up you might stop helping as much. It sucks I know.
All I can say is you're doing the best you can and she may never say it but we and your kids appreciate you.
