Do you think it's healthy to share everything with your partner? Even things you know will definitely ruin his/your day..? I wanna be able to. But he still can't accept some mistakes, relationships, i've had in the past.

So, what are you saying? You do care about the past so you want to know about it, or you don't care about it and don't need all the details?

Leave the past in the past, unless it is something that is still happening now.

Such as, if you have hep c. You need to tell about that. If you're the kind who likes to have a stranger in your bed occasionally and have every intention of continuing to do so, he needs to know it.

If you have a record that could come to light some day. Tell him.

Don't tell him things that will hurt him and your relationship if they are in the past and not relevant to your current situation. Confession might be good for your soul, but it's not good for your partner's.
