I didn't find any nyquil but I found some melatonin so I took like 10 mg I think hopefully I'll help me I usually don't like to take any kind of sleeping medication because I usually have nightmares I don't know why but every time I take those kind of medications I have nightmares but I have to sleep I'm drinking lots of water lots and lots of lots of water I want to be okay. And I'm going to try to wake up early tomorrow so that I can have a breakfast and a coffee strong very strong coffee before I go to show up to work tomorrow I'll be okay I want to be okay that person that hurt me is not going to kill me I will survive this.
