I left a few that were decent jobs, but poorly run/managed; both closed/shut down within months after I left

Intentionally and got it back. I was too valuable to be let go. They put me in a bad spot with a customer so I sent an email saying this place isn't going to disrespect me like that I quit. That was a Wednesday. On the next Tuesday I was back at work with a $5000.00 dollar raise. Worst place I ever worked. Thankfully the last. Now retired from all the bullshit.

Yes. My childhood epilepsy returned in 2022; after a week long hospitalization my doctor cleared me to return to full duty, but I was let go after 3.5 hours of work. I pursued a medical-discrimination lawsuit that lasted three years and ultimately lost, which cost me the job and resulting stability.

I'm still recovery financially from that blow
